  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Express shipping (if available) will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear online.

5. Wrong Address / Missing Info

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or incomplete information, we may charge a small reshipping fee.

 

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We will investigate and reship or refund your order when applicable.
